Orangetheory sessions are held in an encouraging and fun group setting, and led by our knowledgeable personal trainers. These sessions focus on three main areas: treadmill interval training blocks, indoor rowing machines, and weight training and/or resistance training blocks. Taken together, this will provide you with a complete full body workout.

Sessions are heart rate monitored and have been constructed to keep your heart rate within a targeted zone which will increase your energy, metabolism and calories burned for up to a day and a half after your workout has been completed.

Our fitness gym sessions are ideal for all fitness levels, as the intensity of the workout is based upon your own individual heart rate. All adults and teenagers, ages 16 years and older, are welcome to join in our sessions. If you have a physical limitation, please notify your personal trainer before the start of your first session so they can make any necessary adjustments for your safety.

Connie was born and raised in Munich, Germany. She graduated from nursing school as an RN in 1995. In 2003 she moved to CA, where she raised four girls and then relocated her family to Colorado Springs in the fall of 2017.

Connie first started working at Orangetheory Fitness in 2015 as a Sales Associate and then became a coach in 2017. She is certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council of Exercise and received her Personal Training certificate through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

As a mom of 4 girls, Connie quickly became very passionate about the workouts, the science behind it and the way, they changed her own training and activities in her daily life. Her three favorite things about OTF are the members, the community and theeverchanging, innovative workouts! Sharing her love for health and fitness with people is what drives her- to make exercising fun, something to look forward to. Living in a time when a lot of things happen in drive through mode, taking an hour out of your day for you needs to yield maximum results, needs to be fun and rewarding. OTF is all of that and more!

In her spare time, she loves being a Mom, exploring the outdoors and hopes to one day completing a Full Ironman Triathlon.

What do you burn for:  My family and to be able to mentally and physically push myself to new limits.

Guilty pleasure:  There’s no guilty...only pleasure :) Gummibears ! for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Kelley is a native of Colorado Springs. He received both his Bachelor's and Master's Degree from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Kelley holds a certification from the American Council on Exercise and has 8 years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group training coach. He is also TRX certified. From the moment Kelley walked into Orangetheory Fitness, he quickly realized that OTF is where he belongs and that OTF is changing the way fitness is done! Kelley's three favorite things about Orangetheory Fitness are the amazing members, energizing atmosphere and the Bronco ORANGE! Kelley's hope is that he can make each and every workout feel a little less like "work" and more like FUN! Fitness can be enjoyable AND effective at the same time! In his spare time Kelley enjoys being outdoors, staying active, and cheering on the Colorado Springs Sky Sox!

Stephanie achieved her Master's degree from Colorado Christian University in counseling with an intent to work with athletes who struggle with eating disorders. She received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Ashland University where she competed as a sprinter on the track and field team for five years. She also trained three years post-collegiately in the middle distances. Stephanie was a 5 time All-American for the Eagles and won a national championship in the 400m dash.
Stephanie has been involved in the fitness industry for 5 years, is a certified personal trainer through the International Sport Sciences Association, and is TRX certified. She was an assistant cross country/track and field coach at AU for 3 years and is an assistant cross country coach at The Classical Academy in Colorado Springs. She has a passion to help others become stronger, more confident individuals both in fitness and in life.
Stephanie loves the interval based training that OTF offers because it is so closely related to sprint/middle-distance training in track and field. She immediately fell in love with the community, team atmosphere OTF provides and the way the members and staff feel like family!

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.







Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
